Santa's visit

Ashtyn got to open ONE present christmas eve, and she chose one her aunt and family:




AND THEN Came the Fat man, can you believe he ate ALL the cookies and half the banana???

Christmas Eve 2008

Jay and Angie had us over for Christmas eve dinner with them, look at this beautiful spread Angie and her mom laid out....


And Angie's absolutely amazing mother, slaving away in the kitchen...

Thanksgiving 08

For Thanksgiving 2008 we drove to Dallas to watch the cowboys fry the seahawks on turkey day... was a great trip and a great thanksgiving, the baby went to Utah for a few weeks, here is Jared, Ashtyn and I calling to wish her a happy thanksgiving...


Then it was off to tailgate at the stadium, here is My dad, Jared and Todd (family friend) getting ready to go...

And here is Neil (good friend of ours here in 'bama) Ashtyn, Me and Jared tailgating in front of texas stadium...

And Ashtyn and I watching our Boyz (this view is from our seat) YAY for family section, thanks Tobie!!

Ashtyn got SO WORN OUT cheering for her cowboys she took a short nap on the seats while we all stood and cheered...

Upon waking, ashtyn made good friends with the security guard...

After the game we found our FAVORITE cheerleader... Aunt Tobie!

Just the girls, been a VERY long time since we were all together, this is my sister Brittany, my mom Angie, My sister Tobie, and me!



WAS A VERY fun time, we also went to the So Miss/SMU game in to which unfortunately Chase and SMU lost :(
We had a blast and cannot wait to go again next year in the new stadium... Farewell Texas Stadium!!!!

We tried VERY hard to keep all pix here on post so everybody could see what fort rucker looked like, but wasn't scenic enough so this is all we could do, more to follow from thanksgiving in Dallas!!!

Halloween

Attley was more interested in the park next door, however when she went to the first doorstep and the woman put candy in her bucket, she looked at me in amazement and then after it was like "she got it", she ran as fast as her lil legs carried her door to door for more candy, I was worried she was going to wake up this morning still trying to knock on doors, she actually was saying "treat??" after the first few houses trying to copy her sissy.
And last but not least the family pic.... for those of you who seen my "true" costume, yes i altered it for this because i would have froze, Jared and I have some cute pix on the other site's for those who want to see.

OKAY... So Jared and I tried to take new pix this weekend and the freaking camera wouldnt work (and my good one was stolen in utah) So that being said I promised the Goldens a new pic, i cant take one so this one is for you Jen!!!




Jen... this night was SOOO fun, remeber the spilled beer on your shirt.... LOL, i miss these days!

attley bored at home

Just to be fair on posted pix of the girls, i snapped a couple of shots today of Attley at home, she is very patiently awaiting "sissy" to come home....




Sitting and smiling for mommy (like her sissy she immediately says cheese or smiles big when a camera turns on her) heaven help me!!!!
















When sissy is gone attley loves to play with Shy, her vocabulary now includes:
Shy
Go
Sit
Come
Shush
and she attempts whistling by blowing out hard, its hilarious!






Attley and Shy looking out watching for Ashtyn's bus, they do this about twice an hour until she is home :)













I asked Attley where the bus was she said "know" and thru her hands up trying to say i dont know....

Enterprise School of Dance

Ashtyn started Dance class yesterday at ESD, she was so excited, here are some pix of her before (mommy got kicked out after) with all the other camera happy mommies!

Ashtyn easily located her "mat" and sat on it, mommy got to watch the last 10 minutes of class thru door and they were going across floor on tippy toes with ballerina arms, so cute... ASH DID EXCELLENT, she will make her grandma and aunt tobie very happy some day!

Family day at the Heliport

So today was "family day" where the families got to go to the heliport and watch their aviator in action, unfortunately we were in utah when Jared had his so i asked Justin if we could attend his, so the girls could see, here are the pictures only jared isnt in them :(

This is Ashtyn on the "catwalk" on top of the observation tower (only about 50 feet up) she also went in the deck and watch the guys give flight/takeoff approvals










This is the control panel in the cockpit of the TH67, it is what Jared flies to learn to fly before he learns the Apache

At the end of the day BOTH LIL LADIES had a blast.... Ashtyn couldn't wait to rush home to tell Daddy she saw the helicopters he flies!!!
